By using Move My TPT Store you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Who we are

Move My TPT Store is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Teachers Pay Teachers, WooCommerce, Shopify, Payhip, Etsy or Gumroad. Those names belong to their owners.

What the tool does

You give it your own product spreadsheet and files, and it creates import files and copy-paste kits for other stores. The conversion runs in your browser on your computer. We don't receive your product files or spreadsheets.

Your content and your rights

You must own, or have permission to sell and move, every product you convert with this tool. You are responsible for following the rules of Teachers Pay Teachers, the store you move to, and any license that applies to your content, including any content you bought or licensed from someone else.

Outputs are provided as-is

We build the files we generate from the import formats the stores document, but we can't promise that an import will succeed in your store, because stores, plugins and settings differ and change. The refund guarantee covers the WooCommerce file only; we have not tested the Shopify file on a live store. Check the results before you publish or sell anything. Keep your own backups of your products and your store.

Payment and refunds

The unlock is a one-time payment handled by Stripe. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

Liability

The tool and its outputs are provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, lost data or lost profits.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
